Precisely for this reason, the founding architects of the nursing home have come up with this facility in a rural setting adjoining the Sunderbans, near Tematha, Kalikapur, in the South 24 Parganas. One of the main aims of the nursing home is to bridge the age-old gap between the rural populace and the marvels of medical science so that the underprivileged no longer languish on the sidelines due to lack of modern medical treatment.
